How we can partner together
Corporate partnership is a powerful way to connect employee engagement with your ESG and CSR commitments, while contributing to broader sustainability goals. By taking part in real humanitarian projects, your teams can create measurable impact while strengthening motivation, purpose, and company culture. HOT offers flexible, global formats to fit your needs:
- from virtual or in-person mapathons and mapping parties, to accessible micro-volunteering opportunities and integrations with employee giving platforms. These experiences can be embedded into onboarding, team-building moments, or key dates led by Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), making it easy for employees to participate at any level while directly supporting your sustainability objectives.
- from one-off sessions to fully designed annual programs, all activities can include impact metrics, helping you track results, engage your teams, and showcase your impact.
Tech partnership:
- Grants, sponsorships, and financial support for our tech product suite, specific mapping projects, and the development of new technologies and tools.
- Provide tech expertise/pro-bono support to collaborate with HOT and develop custom mapping tools, improve data processing capabilities, and enhance the user experience. We work with both individual volunteers and corporate teams to find opportunities that benefit both organizations.
